MAILBOX RENTAL

We are a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency, authorized by the United States Postal Service. We have mail boxes available for personal, business, or mail forwarding customers.  Renting a mailbox is the answer to preventing mail and identity theft.  We can provide a safe and secure facility to receive your mail.  No more FedEx or UPS deliveries left at your front door.  Your FedEx and UPS can be delivered safely at the West 11^th Pack and Ship facility.

• Three month minimum rental for the personal or business mailboxes.
• Six month minimum rental for mail forwarding boxes.
• 24 Hour Access is available: refundable key deposit is required.
• FedEx and UPS safe delivery is included.
• 2 sizes for personal mailboxes.
• 2 sizes for business mailboxes.
• Mail forwarding for people who travel or live out of town.
• Physical address is included with mailbox rental.

          Information needed to set up a mailbox:  Completed Rental Agreement and United States Postal Service application.  The United States Postal Service application needs to be notarized or signed in our presence.  A clear photo copy of two pieces of ID must accompany this application. Acceptable documents are driver’s license, non-driver’s identification card, armed forces, government, university, or corrporated identification card, passport, alien registration card, or certificate of naturalization, lease, mortgage, or Deed of Trust, voter or vehicle registration card, or a home, or vehicle insurance policy.  Social Security cards, credit cards, and birth certificates are unacceptable as identification.
